Example client case study: supporting a non-profit after its entire staff quits, and the board is experiencing stagnation. Our work together supports the organization to repivot its curriculum. We coached its board chair to serve as the interim executive director. We also developed a pitch deck with a clear narrative and vision of the organization's history, trajectory, and vision for it to pitch potential funders partners, and for it to mobilize its existing networks to become an online learning platform. The result is the organization was able to transition to a full-time interim executive director, with a clear vision and a stronger board with new board members with more energy and capacity to take the organization forward.
